What the skill teaches the agent

• On the experience entities, start_date and end_date are text attributes, not filterable dimensions — the period is applied after the query, by slicing the result with query_datasets.
• Pull the most recent stints first and keep the pull right-sized instead of fetching the whole history.
• Profile-derived tenure lags reality by one to two months — report the lag rather than presenting a thin recent month as a decline.
