A multi-section analytical brief on one competitor, rendered as an A4 HTML document (and optionally a PDF) in a consulting-style layout. The window is configurable: the last completed calendar quarter by default, or the trailing twelve months.
What the brief covers
Section titled “What the brief covers”- Org reshape — title movement by leadership and by department, paired swaps versus net-new functions, departures with no backfill.
- Hires with geography, function, and origin-company size; leavers with destinations.
- Open job postings and what they imply about direction.
- Customer acquisition motion, stacked monthly by industry.
- Market sentiment split across owned brand surfaces and external developer communities.
- GitHub footprint snapshot and vendor-trust events.
- An evidence wall of verbatim third-party quotes, plus a company reference card and an assumptions section.
